Uninstall (stops the channel)

Uninstall Optigram from the GHL Marketplace for that location, or cancel the location’s Marketplace subscription. Optigram then removes the Telegram webhook and disables both inbound and outbound relay. Reinstalling OAuth can restore a previously disabled location if you connect a bot again.

Delete stored data

Uninstall stops processing; it is the self-serve “turn it off” path. To purge mappings, encrypted tokens, opt-in tokens, and message-log rows for a location, email support@optigram.app from an address tied to the agency or location and name the GHL location id. We will confirm and delete.

Automatic propagation when a GHL contact is deleted (purge that one mapping and its logs) is documented in our architecture and is not a dashboard button yet — request it by email if you need a single contact removed without uninstalling the location.
